Switching Type And Modular Rectifier System Application Project in Philippines model B220/48-250M5 is for the Utility lndustry, Data Center, Oil &Gas  Industrial and Electrical applications.

• The system consist of control and monitoring unit, power/rectifier modules, chassis/DC rack and all necessary components and instrumentation.

• The system is designed to operate in a positive ground configuration.

• The capacity of each rectifier module is at 50 Amps nominal.

• Modules/units are hot-swappable, plug and play type. No necessary soldering, additional cabling and/or wiring during replacement or addition of modules.

• The control and monitoring unit (CMU) control the operation of the rectifier and monitor the rectifier parameters.

• It also displays the operation status and alarms.

• The CMU is capable of event recording and remote management.

• Adjustment of relevant rectifier parameters:

• • Float

• • Equalize

• • Battery current limit

• • Output current limit

• • Alarms setting

• Protect the load and battery by disconnecting and reconnecting the load and battery during output over/under voltages.

• Monitor battery temperature and adjust battery float voltage accordingly (temperature compensated charging).

• Remote access and management through SNMP, the rectifier is delivered with running MIB files. Interface is Ethernet (RJ 45).

• Separate modular and replaceable type surge protective devices are installed at each power module’s input to protect the modules from line surges.
