NASN POWER RM series intelligent high-frequency switching power supply module is specifically designed for power systems, featuring "four remote" functions. The module employs the world-leading "resonant voltage-type dual-loop control resonant switching power supply technology," offering advantages such as compact size, lightweight design, high efficiency, and exceptional reliability. The product line includes two major series (220V and 110V) with over a dozen variants, equipped with a standard RS-485 interface for seamless integration with automation systems. It is suitable for various substations, power plants, and hydro-power stations.
High efficiency 93%~96%.
Natural cooling without fan.
Lightweight and compact.
The three-phase passive power factor correction circuit is adopted, and the input is without neutral line, the power factor can reach 0.94.
The isolation autonomous flow equalization and the inverter parallel flow rate <±3% can ensure the good inverter parallel operation of 16 modules.
The module features a built-in DC output isolation diode, eliminating the need for external components.
The module is equipped with an RS-485 interface, enabling seamless integration with automation systems for communication.
The module is designed for LED digital display, featuring display switching buttons, manual voltage adjustment buttons, and a digital dial switch, ensuring simple operation.
Over-voltage protection: The system features an integrated over-voltage protection circuit. When over-voltage occurs, the module locks automatically, the fault indicator light illuminates, and the faulty module is isolated from operation, ensuring uninterrupted system performance. Over-voltage protection thresholds: 220V modules are protected at 320V±5%, while 110V modules are protected at 160V±5%.
Output current limiting protection: The maximum output current of each module is limited to 1.10 times the rated output current.
Short-circuit protection: The system employs a retractable drooping current-limiting mechanism. As shown in Figure 1-1, the module instantly reduces output voltage to zero during short-circuit conditions, keeping the short-circuit current below 15% of the rated output current. The module can operate in short-circuit state for extended periods without damage, and automatically resumes normal operation after fault resolution.

Parallel protection: The module contains a parallel protection circuit. When a fault occurs, the module automatically withdraws from the system without affecting the normal operation of other modules.
Overheat protection: The module automatically shuts down when the radiator temperature exceeds 95°C, and restarts once the temperature drops.
