NASN POWER has unveiled its Static Transfer Switch (STS) series, engineered to deliver high-reliability dual-power protection for critical loads in data centers, industrial automation, and telecom networks. Built on a fully digital control architecture, the device features strong anti-interference capabilities and ultra-fast response times, switching from a failing primary source to a backup supply in ≤10ms—with power-off switching as fast as approximately 4ms—to keep sensitive equipment continuously online.
The new lineup includes six models from STS25T to STS160T, offering 380VAC three-phase, four-pole output with rated currents spanning 25A to 160A and maximum capacity reaching 100kVA. Its 4-pole design synchronously transfers phase and neutral conductors, eliminating potential differential risks, while comprehensive protections guard against over/under-voltage, overcurrent, and short circuits; the unit also supports continuous operation at 110% load. Standard RS485 communication (with optional CAN) enables remote monitoring and smart maintenance. Forced-air cooling, a wide operating temperature range (-25°C to 40°C), and standard rack dimensions allow deployment in demanding environments.
Industry observers note that as global demand for computing power surges, static transfer switches serve as the last line of defense between UPS systems and utility power, making them indispensable for business continuity.
