NASN POWER new embedded DC power system, the B220/4830-2410, targeting telecom base stations, edge sites and industrial control cabinets with a focus on “compact size, dual-output flexibility and hot-swappable service.”
The system integrates a 48V/30A rectifier module and a 24V/10A DC-DC module in one frame. It delivers a default 53.5V DC bus, accepts a wide AC input range of 85–300V AC, and is designed for unstable grid environments.
The key upgrade is dual-voltage integration: a single chassis powers both 48V loads/batteries and 24V loads, removing extra external converters and saving rack space. The rectifier uses damage-free hot-swap technology for plug-and-play maintenance. A local monitoring module provides LCD control, RS485 and LAN, with SNMP, TCP/IP and HTTP support for remote alarms and configuration.
For battery care, the system supports auto float/boost charging, temperature compensation, over-discharge protection and capacity estimation, reducing truck rolls for unattended sites. Safety features include protective earthing, over-temperature shutdown, fan-failure detection and output over-voltage lockout, with clear anti-shock and ESD markings.
The product extends its modular power lineup, answering rising demand from 5G small cells, edge computing and telecom backup applications for high density and easy maintenance. The B220/4830-2410 is now available for overseas channels with OEM/ODM options.
