Commercial Battery Energy Storage System 60kW/100kWh with Lithium Batteries BESS

NASN POWER 102.4kWh industrial and commercial energy storage battery cabinet is  an energy storage unit, consisting of 10 battery packs and a high-voltage box,  as well as a 60kW hybrid energy storage inverter. Each pack consists of 16 cells  connected in series and the rated capacity of the cells is 200Ah. The  high-voltage box contains a battery cluster management unit and a number of  protection, control, and other electrical components, used for the management  and protection of the entire battery cluster operation status. The integrated  cabinet adopts a compartmentalized design of battery compartment and  electrical compartment, which is convenient for installation and maintenance.

Main functions 

• The battery system can detect the battery operation status (voltage, current,  temperature, SOC/SOH, etc.), and regulate the battery charging/discharging  and energy storage according to the current state of the battery and the actual  performance of the electrical components; 

• The battery system has high-voltage sampling and MSD, fuse and other safety  devices status check back function, when the battery failure occurs the system  will report and limit the charging and discharging current or power, to protect the  power system safety; 

• The integrated energy storage battery cabinet meets IP54 protection level and  supports the use in outdoor working conditions; 

• The integrated energy storage battery cabinet is equipped with a  perfluorohexanone fire extinguishing system, which can detect the temperature and smoke status inside the cabinet in real time to prevent fire safety accidents  such as accidental battery fire.
