48VDC Power Rectifier System 48KW N+2 1050A

The 48VDC Power Rectifier system 48KW 1050A consists of the following parts:

- Switch mode type rectifier modules 48V75A*14pcs and Supervisory Control Module*1pcs.

- AC Circuit Breakers for Rack Input.

- Surge Protectors at the rack input & within the Rectifier Modules on the input side.

- Fuses for Output DC distribution and up to four Battery Banks of sufficient capacity & rating.

Both 48VD  Rectifier modules and the supervisory module are 1U height compact and easily detachable from the system rack cabinet.

The Rectifier Modules are designed in such a way to facilitate their installation or removal from the rack when the system is on-line (Hot Plug-in type) without affecting either the system or the Load. All AC, DC, control and alarm contacts of rectifier modules are designed to facilitate such operation. Removal of a rectifier module from the system shall also isolate the alarm signals from that module to the supervisory module and the system function normally as long as the load does not exceed the capacity of the remaining modules.
