Wide Three-Phase Input & High Efficiency

The A480/125-100M5 features a three-phase 480Vac input system (L1+L2+L3) with an input voltage range of 423–537VAC and 45–65Hz frequency support. With a power factor of ≥0.99 and total harmonic distortion (THD) of <5% at full load, it delivers outstanding ≥93.2% efficiency—translating directly into lower energy costs and reduced cooling requirements over the system’s lifetime.

Flexible & Scalable Architecture

The system supports a continuously adjustable output voltage from 90VDC to 150VDC. Each 20A module is hot-swappable, allowing replacement without system shutdown. The N+1 redundancy design ensures that if one module fails, the system continues operating normally with the remaining modules. Intelligent Monitoring & Remote Control

The built-in monitor module provides comprehensive remote metering, remote control, and remote signaling functions via RS485 and TCP/IP interfaces. Alarm functions cover AC over/under voltage, DC voltage over/under, module communication faults, over-temperature, battery removal, and surge protection.

Rugged Environmental Tolerance

Designed for harsh conditions, the system operates in -40°C to 55°C ambient temperatures and can be stored from -40°C to 70°C. It supports relative humidity from 5% to 95%RH (at 40±2°C, no condensation) and atmospheric pressure from 62kPa to 106kPa. Altitude rating is ≤2000m, with derating required above 2,000m.

Safety & Protection

The A480/125-100M5 meets rigorous safety standards with insulation strength of 3500VDC (input to output and input to enclosure) and 750VDC (output to enclosure). System leakage current is ≤3.5mA at 230Vac input, grounding resistance between enclosures and metal components is ≤0.1Ω, and noise level is ≤55dB(A) measured at 1 meter. MTBF is rated at ≥100,000 hours.
